Return & Replacement Policy
Zetro Electronics strives for complete customer contentment. If you need to return or replace an item, please observe the following protocol:
Return Requirements
- Initiate returns or replacements within 15 calendar days of receipt.
- Complete the process within 30 calendar days of the original ship date.
- Accompany each return with a completed Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form.
- Customized items may be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
For an RMA, please provide:
- Invoice Date
- Invoice Number
Return & Replacement Process
- Obtain an RMA by contacting our customer service as indicated on your packing slip/invoice, or email us at zetroelectronics@gmail.com
- Ensure the item is in its original packaging and well-protected for the return.
- Include the RMA form with your shipment.
- We will inspect the item(s) upon receipt and process your refund or replacement within 7 days if there are no issues.
Product & Price Adjustments
- Prices may fluctuate without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
- We bear no liability for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of products.
Account Information
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Orders may be limited or canceled due to factors such as duplicate accounts or shared billing/shipping addresses.
- We will endeavor to inform you of any order modifications using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original state, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you.
- We will update you on the status of your refund promptly after the inspection.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
